Do you pick up and drop off at the hotel?
Yes. All our tours and transfers include pickup and drop-off at your hotel, resort or cruise terminal in the Puerto Plata area. Just tell us where you're staying when you book.
How do I confirm my booking?
When you book you'll get a reference number and a WhatsApp link. Message us there and we'll confirm within minutes. You can also check the status anytime on the My booking page.
What should I bring on the tours?
It depends on the tour: each page lists what's included and what to bring. Generally: swimwear, towel, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and cash for souvenirs or tips. We provide the safety gear and guides.
Do the tours work if I arrive by cruise ship?
Yes. Tours marked as cruise friendly are timed to get you back to port with margin. Tell us your ship and departure time when you book and we'll coordinate.
How do transfers work?
Private door-to-door transfers from any airport in the country. The price is per trip based on group size (1–5 or 6–11 people). We'll be waiting with a sign with your name.
